Haradinaj from Sofia: This is the condition for Kosovo, Serbia to be admitted to EU

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has spoken of the state's participation in the European Union summit for the Western Balkans, which is being held in Sofia, Periscopi reports. “Unknown Kosovo, Serbia cannot enter the EU. The EU's order was clear that they do not accept countries that have open topics among themselves, conflicts [...]
Haradinaj has said that from what has been said in Sam, it has been disagreeing that the EU is sceptical of enlargement, though the six Western Balkan countries are expecting it.
On the visa issue for Kosovo, Haradinaj said it is a matter of weeks.
The prime minister says that during this summit, it has been given weight to Kosovo's progress.
The fact that the Western Balkans are the subject of handling this EU Summit speaks a lot about the importance of participating in this Sam. The entire EU has gathered at a summit, for the six EU countries, including Kosovo. Kosovo's progress has been weighed on the summit. Kosovo has key visa liberalisation issues. This has been the empty topic for Kosovo. I had the chance to talk to French President Emmanuel Macron and Chancellor Merkel's adviser, to accept Kosovo progress and to enable citizens to free movement. It is a matter of weeks for the EU to give us the assessment that we have met the criteria for liberalisation”, Haradinaj said.
He has also talked about the Spanish prime minister's non-participation in this Sam, the cause of Kosovo.
The joint statement of the EU and Western Balkan countries is evidence that Kosovo has a move towards the EU. We're interested in establishing bilateral relations with Madrid. We expect Spain to change its approach in relation to Kosovo”, Haradinaj said further in an interview for Kosovo Clan.
In that, Sam, he said Kosovo and Montenegro were taken as a good example, of how they managed to resolve the demarcation issue.
The first of the Government said the EU's message to this Sam was clear, Periscope reports.
“Unknown Kosovo, Serbia cannot enter the EU. The EU's message was clear that they do not accept countries that have open topics, open conflicts, or even insulting rhetoric to each other, he added.
“is not a small compromise for Kosovo, reconciliation with Serbia. There were massacres, people were killed for nothing. The biggest compromise Kosovo can make is reconciliation with Serbia”, he declares.
He announced that he has not met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, but that tomorrow he is likely to meet with Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabiq./Periscopi
