An exemplary punishment is required for four imams and Fuad Ramives

The judgment against the four imams and Fuad Ramick for the criminal acts of terrorism has come to an end.

In the trial of Fuad Ramic and the four imams Bedri Robaj, Idriz Bilibani, Enes Goga and Mazlam Mazlam, who are being accused of acts related to terrorism and calls for resistance, has been held in the final word.

Presequently, Mazlam Mazlan and Fuad Ramiqi in interrogation used the right to defend themselves quietly, standing next to statements previously issued.

Later, special prosecutor Hakki Gicaj continued the final word.

He said it has proved the same have committed the criminal acts for which Robaj and Idriz Bilibani are charged -- for the criminal act of pushing for terrorist acts, Enes Goga and Mazlan Mazllani -- for inciting hatred and division, as well as Fuad Ramiqi for calling for resistance.

The prosecutor stated that evidence proves that the accused Bedri Robaj has been engaged in the Termocos Mosque without any authorization of authorized bodies. Similarly, the prosecutor stated that evidence proved to have held lectures in Albania and the country called Spinle along with a convict for acts of terrorism.

“Al Nusraı has been attached to many young people only by the speeches he has given, have been killed or are in court procedure”, the prosecutor added.

Meanwhile, to indictee Idriz Bilibani, said witness Bahri Kovaci, whose son has gone to Syria, has confirmed that the accused Bilibani with his speeches has influenced the son of this witness to take the road to Syria.

“We suspect that Idriz Bilibani has urged our son to go to Syria”, the prosecutor quoted witness words Bahri Kovaci as saying.

The prosecutor also mentioned those convicted of terrorism who held lectures at the imam Bilibani mosque.

“Zeqija Qazimi, Fatos Rizvanolli, Leonis Frangu, who are either convicted by acts of terrorism or are at war. These guys have kept their speeches at him”, the prosecutor added.

Furthermore, concerning accused Enes Goga, the prosecutor said he has misused his position as a hoja in a religious statement delivered to believers in Pec, which was published in the YouTube.

Prosecutor Geci's word was concluded with the latest indictee, Fuad Raqim.

According to the prosecutor, Ramic's statements charging him with calling for resistance were given at the time when in Kosovo justice-organ decisions were made arrests of people joining terrorist organisations, even among them Hofqet Krasniqi.

Prosecutor Geci said the accused have been criminalised and the works committed by will and knowledge, while proposing that they be convicted and sentenced to an exemplary “sentence of” so that others may have much more difficult and thought before committing criminal acts.

All defence lawyers demanded that there be free trial for their defenders, but Mazlam Mallzam's lawyer, Bajram Tmava, named the allied political prosecutor.

“Aleat politics has become the Special Prosecutor. Policy has mostly benefited here, because we have come up with statistics that are the first in the Balkans to fight terrorism”, Tmava said.

He mentioned in his speech even the LGBT community.

“LGBT Community, this community of all religions is accused, the pope does not give up speeches without extending an invitation to the Catholic population so that this phenomenon all leaves”, he added.

In addition to lawyers, the accused also rejected prosecution evidence.

Indictee Bedri Gogaj in his final address said the prosecutor did not issue any names of any speeches through which people have been urged to join I The SIS, he even said that the Improvisation of the mosque “Termocos” has come because of the large number of believers who have practiced religion in the Islamic Community object, not because they were against them.

The last row in the indictment, Fuad Ramiqi, said his imprisonment was politically fabricated.

I consider that my imprisonment and my accusation is politically fabricated with motivation to discredit me as a personality, to intimidate me, to intimidate the political subject I've presented, to Kosovo Muslims, and to place an anti-Islamic atmosphere in Kosovo among the population. That's because I haven't misused anything from my homeland”, Ramiqi said.

He demanded that his freedom of expression be protected, as is the LGBT community.

According to the indictment, Bedri Robaj from 2012 to August 2014 in Pristina, at the improvised mosque at “Termocos”, where he served as an imam, during private sermons and speeches, has supported jihad-shehidology in Syria.
