He said that neither the Constitution of Kosovo nor that the only military force is KFOR.
“KFOR will take a neutral stance. The EU and NATO hope they will continue to take a stand against the Kosovo Army”, the Serbian chief diplomat said.
He has also talked about the Brussels accords, saying that the association of Serb majority municipalities should be established under these basic agreements, while official Pristina, according to him, is not interested in forming it.
The “evental changes with the approval of the KS would be a major violation. Transfer of competencies to Pristina would bring loss of neutral status it has maintained so far U n NMIC on the Kosovo issue”, Dacic has said.
