Father and son, suspected of forging gun permits in exchange for 5 thousand euros, have been released from house arrest measure.
Atterar Hashim Rexhepi has been acquitted of house arrest after the attorneys' complaint.
The news revealed the country's attorney, Veton Rrecaj.
“Finally justice gets the right tip”, Rhecaj said.
Under the decision he has secured KA LLXO, the Court has interrupted this measure with the reasoning that they have ceased the causes for which they have been assigned and continued house arrest.
“No longer maintain conditions for either eventual replacement with any milder alternative measures”, the decision says.
Initially, the Constitutional Court in Pristina had replaced detention with the measure of house arrest by Hashim and Homeland Rexhepi.
Rexhepi, owner of the company “Fazani”, along with his son were arrested in February of this year.
In the court's ruling, with which Hashim and Homeland Rexhepi were appointed detention in the same month of February, it said counterfeit arms permits had been issued in exchange with the payment of 5 thousand euros.
