Capitalism is developing just as great economist Carl Marx predicted.

Since Marks has written those words, cars have gradually begun to replace the work people have done before. Marks indicated that repeated crises were not an accidental effect of capitalism, but an essential and inseparable feature, explains Nick Nesbitt, professor of several universities in France, Italy and author of the book “Concept in crisis: Reading today's capitalism”. “It shows that the resources of values in capitalism is vital work. It also shows that capitalism is still trying to eliminate living work as a significant dimension of its” development, Nesbit says. Meanwhile, as the Harvard Business Study shows, contemporary society is characterized by a sense of alienation among remote workers from the production of their work and the fetishing of the market envisioned by Marx.

Wills believes that the revolutions described by Marx can happen someday, but not soon. “Midis many necessary factors, the working class of people who economically develop their nations, they will need to develop a major policy independent of the capitalist class in their countries”, it writes. “We also need to see the emergencies of more anti-imperialistic political principles that contradict war, racism, and promote solidarity among people of all nations”. But there are few indicators of what would be needed to bring about such radical political changes.

Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher used the expression “has no alternative” to explain its commitment to the capitalist system. The deeply beaten issue of capitalism from Marx's keen analysis allows us to predict other potential alternatives.

“If you don't understand what capitalism is, then how can you hope to formulate any revisionist system and a criticism of what can stand beyond it?” asks Nesbitt.

There are still many political movements that consistently refer to Marks, with a different degree of accuracy. The Chinese government in honour of its 200th anniversary has built a giant bust, but it is doubtful that the thinker would have been so enthusiastic about the totalitarian situation, as is the Chinese state for it. Greece's economist and Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis has recently made a new introduction to “communist manifest”, arguing why Marks is so essential if we want to analyse the growing gap among the rich. Meanwhile, workers around the world held Marks' image on May 1st, International Labor Day; his work is still crucial reference points for those protesting capitalism injustices and demanding changes to benefit from the 99% scale.

Every major historic advance in technology has destroyed human labor, leaving many unemployed for a long period of time. The labor force has responded to these changes by gradifying to being part of new jobs created by this system, and therefore capitalism has continued to function, always depending on human labor and technology. The current crises presented by automation may not be resolved as easily as in the past. The situation today “is different”, says Nesbitt, and requires highly sophisticated analysis of the nature of capitalism. “This is what Das Capital writes a theoretical and critical work that does not limit itself to the 19”, he added.
