Kosovo, except that it faces unemployment, even those working face a lack of labour law.
There are many cases when workers in Kosovo are mistreated by employers, while long-term work is almost practical in many local companies.
Such is the case of young Adnan Berisha, who has confessed to Gazeta Intro, his case where he worked 14 hours for a salary of 250 euros.
The young man had worked at a gas station, and he described his work there as a hell. Prolonged clocks, non-respecting the labour law, not paying for contracting work, were just some of the injustices this young man faced when he started working there.
This is Adnan's full confession:
Many consumers' derivatives seem quite impressive and amazing on the outside, but for the workers there is a hell of a hell in themselves.
Prolonged clocks, don't afford work contracts, not respecting labour law, and a lot of other injustices. So was my case when I worked at a gas station among the most well-known in the region. Prolonged clocks, non-respecting the labour law, not dealing with contracting work, were just some of the injustices I faced when I started working as a youth. We worked on two shifts, the first shift between 8:00 and 6:00, although this shift was relatively affordable, but very soon there was genuine anxiety, the shift of afternoons, or as the chiefs called the shift of the night began between 6:00 and 8:00 tomorrow, it was a real nightmare, because all the time my colleague and I had to stay awake, where sometimes the stars in the sky and some of the noise of the wanderers.
A lot of people might ask why you didn't ask for a job deal? It's not that we haven't constantly asked for this every month when we took the money with KESH, the question always followed: And the answer is, the next “minus obo don't even dare you” So we didn't know that for many young people only Europe is the solution, not that there's a “waiting with lula”, but that the job that made it payable could give.
