Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borissov is holding meetings with the country's president, Hashim Thaci.
Shortly after arriving in Kosovo, Borissov has been hosted by President Thaci while both are expected to hold a media conference.
He is expected to hold meetings with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj during the day, as well as the first Kosovo Parliament, Kadri Veseli.
