The grim landscape in the Middle East should not obscure the fact that peace can be achieved. The main condition for ensuring peace must be to preserve the territorial integrity of states. That means opposing all forces, including the DASI and PKK terrorists. The YPG, which only exists to continue their dystopi to sacrifice others and thanks to the support of foreign powers. They must be opposed and defeated by their vision of massacres that have no end.
THE military has been defeated to a large extent, but this is not only due to a decisive blow by US trained and armed groups. The UN has been defeated by the determined efforts of the Iraqi Army and a global coalition set in motion by Turkey. The weak relatives of the UN have come to the fore after Turkey became the only NATO army to destroy terrorists in Gerablus in northern Syria. The possibility of reassembled forces by the UNI is now hampered by determined coalition efforts, including Turkey, which has the largest list of foreign terrorist fighters and is conducting the world's largest civil operation against The DEA.
No easy interest in the ideology of the DEA, Al Qaeda and other organisations, depending on them, will be eliminated. Even before the DEA, there have been terrorist stakes on our streets and such shares will continue despite the DEA's armed operations in the Middle East. The fight against terrorism should continue with all force, but by giving greater care to the timely collection of intelligence services, financial measures, anti radicalisation measures and recruiting of new elements.
One of the points of disagreement with the United States is their armed policy PKK/ The YPG, though the terrorist history of these organisations is known. This is a controversial legal and moral policy, prepared by the Obama administration in its last days and somehow transferred to the Tramp administration. The US provided material to all their critics and opponents by deciding to make alliances with terrorists, though they had a 66-year alliance with Turkey, which is one of the main targets of these terrorists.
I enjoy seeing that many of our allies in NATO have distanced themselves from this policy, which conflicts with the values our Alliance represents. This policy of the United States at the same time conflicts with our common interests in the region and beyond. I hope my colleague Mike Pompeo, appointed to the post of Secretary of State, and Ambassador John Bolton's national security adviser, will see this line corrected as a priority.
Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Libya and other countries in the Middle East face a devastating pressure of the Transnational forces that endanger the existence of these countries. The challenges these countries face serve as excuses and allow for intervention by all nonstate countries and actors. Their results are not only blood rivers, but also a massive migration and a terrorist pressure on Turkey and the rest of Europe on the doorstep. The chaos that exists in these countries simultaneously serves as an incubator for hatred and threats against The United States. Resistable nations must establish the foundations of any order and stability in the Middle East. Besar Esad's vision will ultimately be lost, but united Syria must win this long war.
Turkey's organised Olive Branch operation, which includes military action in the interior of Syria, is a legal defence operation primarily against terrorist attacks against our residence centres undertaken by terrorists whose aggression has previously been documented. Turkey, which has welcomed 3.5 million Syrians, with Operation Olive Branch at the same time aiming to eliminate obstacles to achieving peace in Syria, which are imposed by opponents of Syria's unitary future. Large PKK terrorist camps/ The YPGs on our borders serve two goals. First, open an additional front against northern Iraq for PKK terrorist acts and join these fronts to create a permanent terror tape. The military weapons and infrastructure we have captured in Africa confirm this assessment strictly. The second objective of terrorist camps is to create safe areas for their small states that will build on ruins in Syria and Iraq in the UN-evaced regions. Operation Olive Branch is hindering the transformation of this situation into a more vicious war and empowering terrorism by drawing Europe and the United States behind themselves. The operation is paving the way for peace.
I notice a broad campaign is under way to obscure the Olive Branch option. Not a day goes by without fighting slander. The truth is, we've been very careful not to cause damage to civilians, and in this respect, Operation Olive Branch is one of the most successful operations in the world.
Since YPG terrorists have focused on opposing the advance of the Turkish military, I claimed the operation has hampered the fight we are waging against The DEA. I think this YPG election confirms the folly of the strategy to trust them. I assure you that Turkey will not allow the regroupation in any way of the DEA and will work together the US on this issue.
We must prevent Operation Olive Branch from being described as a Kurdish war against the Turks. It should be clear that PKK and YPG terrorists do not represent Kurds. YPG from territories that have taken control of Syria have expelled about 400,000 Kurds. These Kurds could not return to Syria since it did not allow the YPG. Turkey wants all Kurds to live in peace and prosperity in all the remaining countries. Micronationalistism PKK and terrorism are harmful to all, including Kurds.
An equally important issue is finding a way to start the Middle East development process. In this respect, a calm, stable, prosperous Iraq that develops within the existing constitutional order must be an important axis in the region. At the donors' meeting held in Kuwait during February, the international community guaranteed that it would provide $30 billion, where a sixth of that figure was provided only by Turkey. But Iraq needs much higher numbers. I call on all my colleagues to understand the benefits of a friendly and healthy Iraq and to support the effort for effective, comprehensive restructuring, which on the path of peace is at least as useful as the Marshall Plan for Europe.
The Middle East must be preserved by threats of sectarianism, fields of influence, resurgent imperialisms, disputes among royal families, religious extremism, and any other kind. States, the people of the region, all those affected by this situation, have suffered enough. Under Turkey's established leadership, elements of the road map can appear towards a successful future.
I hope the United States of America will prefer to capture the moment and support this vision of peace.
