Prizren's foundation court has scheduled 30 days for detention for minor L.L., suspected of killing B. Muharremaj, from Suhareka. Prizren's Foundation Court, the Department for Mitur, ruling on Prizren's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, has assigned the length of detention in time of (1) months against under initials L.L. From the village of Duhdhl, the Suhareka municipality, due to suspicion that it committed a serious murder by Article 179 par.1 below par.1.5. KPRK's and criminally possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons, by Article 374 par.1 of KPRK, and minors with initials L.L and G. R.R., both of the village of Duhdhl, the Suhareka municipality, due to the suspicion that each and every one of them has committed a criminal offense in beatings from Article 190 par.1 of KPRK, the detention measure of (1) a month, calculated by the time of the arrest from 10,04.2018, from 1410, which will last until 10,05.2018.
