Although institutions have not yet come up with any stance other than Assembly Speaker Kadri Wessel, this declaration to citizens is disturbing. Some of the citizens surveyed by Kosova Prees even call it Turkish president, fascist and terrorist.
Turkey's president, Erdogan, has declared in Istanbul that Prime Minister Haradinaj will be accountable for the opposition he has made to deport six legalists” from Kosovo on Thursday.
The insight of Turkish citizens to citizen Arben Hoxha is a sadness.
He said the move is a violation of human rights by local bodies.
Regarding Erdogan's statement, Hoxha says he is not surprised because he considers the Turkish president to be fascist and terrorist.
However, Hoxha says this should serve to keep people from repeating such mistakes.
The kidnapping of Turkish citizens has been sad to me. First as the fate of the people and second as a violation of human rights on the part of our system, then this threat that comes after me is not surprising, Erdogan is a fascist, he is a dictator, a terrorist, because he exercises terror in his people first, then he intends to extend his influence to us as well and he has also managed to extend his influence, but this should serve us with open eyes and interrupt that effect as soon as possible, because he is very harmful to us”, Hoxha said.
Even the singer, Shkumbin Kryeziu, finds the Turkish president's statement unjust to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, but, according to him, the actions of the country's institutions in their haste have put in grave doubt about those arrested.
I think it's not fair to have such access to our prime minister, I think it's unfair this intervention or this mix. In this case it has become a violation of human rights, it has become a brutal violation by our competent organs with the deportation of these people. This rush makes me suspect and I want those families, those people to be released as soon as possible, but it is now in Turkey's hands, but I hope that in the future Kosovo will act not this way”, Kryeziu said.
Even for fellow citizen Rabbi Osmani, Erdogan's threat is unprecedented, [as he claims there are two independent states with each other.
Osmani, though not satisfied with Prime Minister Haradinaj's leadership, is facing protection against the Turkish president's threat.
“The threat of Turkey's president, Erdogan, is unprecedented, he is an independent state and Kosovo is an independent state, however that Ramushi is a disaster, yet in this case I defend him and there is not a president of another state of MCU involved in the internal work of another”, Osmani said.
Nedmeddin Llapashtica asked Prime Minister Haradinaj to be ready at this moment that, according to him, all the people living in the state of Kosovo are in his hands.
“My friend's threat as I call him Erdogan is that you have your people, your country, your status, and we have your status, but I order our prime minister to be alert at this moment that the entire territory depends on, the people and the state in your hands”, said Llapashtica.
Citizens Afrem Gashi, says Turkey's president has no right to threaten Kosovo because, as he says, we are under the umbrella of the US and Turks are not brothers but are behind enemies”.
“Passibly is the haste of Prime Minister Haradinaj, if we take this as an example, Glilene is an educated man, a man who leads democracy rather than the government that supports America... Erdogan wasn't right to jump, because we're under the umbrella of the United States of America and it's in vain, we don't really have brothers, but we had enemies”, Gashi said.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's threat comes after Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has rejected the deportation of six Turkish citizens from Kosovo, which took place without his knowledge.
Haradinaj has since dismissed Interior Affairs Minister Flamur Sefaj and AKI Director Driton Gashi.
