The news has revealed Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's adviser, Dillza Hoti, who has congratulated him on the new post.
Vladiu has been former adviser to President Atifete Jahjaga, in time recently joined the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
He has also been the candidate of this party for chairman of Pristina.
