In the media communiqué, it is said the meeting will be held today at 12:44 north of Mitrovica.
The election of the meeting hour at exactly 12:44 is symbolic that Serbian municipalities are using it to remember Resolution 1244.
The Serbian list, meanwhile, threatened with a unilateral announcement of the Serb majority municipalities at this meeting.
The threat to unilateral establishment of association, though Kosovo and Serbia have agreed on in Brussels, is being done with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's ésis, as this became known immediately after the meeting of the Serbian List with him in Belgrade.
Otherwise, tensions arose with the arrest of the director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Marko Djuric, who entered Kosovo even though requests to enter were refused.
