The country's government has been paying off on budget reserve. For the first three months of this year, he has spent half his supply equipment, writes Koha Ditore today.
Out of 4.8m euros, it has spent 2.4m euros. However, although it had raised itself as a concern at one of the Kosovo Government meetings, Finance Minister Bedri Hamza has said that spending on reserves does not jeopardise the country's macro-fiscal stability, only that there should be better planning by budgetary organisations.
In the joint reporting before two parliamentary commissions -- the one for Buzhet and Financa and the one for finance supervision -- Hamza has said that if they refer to the history of the reserve spending, it turns out that an average public reserve in recent years has been spent of 7-8m euros.
According to him, 8m euros have been spent in 2016 on state reserve, while in 2017 it has spent 6 million and 900 thousand.
