Rwanda is the first African country to ban by law the importation of plastic bags as well as other non-ciclable materials. In the modest Kigali airport, after another strange search was conducted. Control for plastic bags. Rwanda is the first state to have made illegal use, production and importation of plastic bags after the great over-indulgence that causes these non-recyclable materials. Every piece of plastic produced so far on the planet still exists, making plastic the planet's largest pollutants. Kosovo should take Rwanda's example and ban the use of plastic bags by law and subsidise recycling of plastic bottles or prevent the importation of unrecyclable bottles. It's “that's odd” that Kigali is cleaner than Pristina and many European cities in this regard.

The main reason, however, is not only the ban on production, use and import of plastic bags, but probably the very important reason is the pride planted in the heads of Rwandans, who are keen to say that “Ruanda is the African syngapore”, alluding to the city's almost clinical purity. Thousands of citizens participate in voluntary cleanup shares and many unemployed people have entered the city's cleaners who reap herbs and collect refuse every day through Rwanda, thus doing two jobs on one street; unemployment and cleaning the country. Amazing images of elderly women and men with almost primitive labor tools and traditional African clothing working at the foot of asphalt to maintain the purity of Kigal. On the way to the southwestern part of Rwanda on the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo, cleanliness is the same with the capital even though poverty is extreme. rural farmers carry two or three sacks of fruit and waste, while in the transport tool there are paper bags for waste.

Kosovo has to ban plastic bags by law and impose re-cycling law on plastic bottles. This would give even a small chance to a new sector in Kosovo, which is the one of paper production and re-cycling, rather than sell re-cyclable paper dens in Serbia for symbolic prices.

The plastic bags and non-cycling bottles are the largest environmental enemy. Looking at the rivers in Kosovo and the inflammatory pollution with these unbroken wastes, Kosovo must lead the region with the initiative to ban plastic bags and subsidise plastic bottles to preserve the environment in Kosovo. Inevitably, this plan must also be preceded by Kosovo's cleansing for years of these waste and sowing of thought that Kosovo should be the cleanest country in the Balkans like Rwanda, which holds the title as the cleanest country in Africa, fully deserved title. Kosovo could be “Balkan Singapore” lowers unemployment and patrols the country.

Kosovo as a small country and with a very well-informed youth where internet use penetrates more than 70% of the population, it is more than necessary to create information mechanisms about environmental damage to plastic. The ban on using these harmful materials brings Kosovo to the first Balkan country to take this action as the beginning of environmental cleansing. Our rivers in Kosovo are packed with bags and bottles of plastic, with other recyclable waste that are not wasted.
