The trial has begun against Enes Goga, Fuad Ramiq, Bedri Robaj, Mazlam Mazlam and Idriz Bilibani, who are accused of involvement in acts of terrorism.
During today's session police are witnessing Friday Mustafa in the quality of witnesses.
In court, Special Prosecutor Haki Gecaj presented a video recording, asking the witness to identify whether any of the accused is in that video.
The witness said that as a member of the Kosovo Police, it has been in 2001.
“As a member of the Pk/a I've been working so much since 2001 on the anti-terrorism directorate for 10 years, starting with intelligence.
Since the start of the conflict in Syria in 2011 we have handled various cases”, the police investigator said in the quality of the witness.
According to the indictment, Bedri Robaj is charged with supporting “-dehydration in Syria, where he served as an imam and private sermons and lectures from 2012 to August 2014 in Pristina. The same is accused of pushing unassigned persons to join terrorist groups “Al-Nusra” Idriz Bilibani, charged that from 2012 until the time of arrest in Prizren and other countries in Kosovo, as a hodge during holding religious lectures at mosques - NGO “El Bayan” and other public presentations recorded in the video have sent in motivating messages for the indefinite people to join the terrorist organisation “Al Nusra” in Syria. The indictment, on the other hand, claims that Enes Goga in the position of imam in Peja, in a religious discourse to believers in this city, through “Audionur” on March 10, 2014, published in the YouTube, in which they have access to an indefinite number of people, has publicly stirred hatred against religious groups of Christian believers. Mazlam Mazlam, accused of being the imam of the mosque “Yeni Mahalla” in Prizren, during his sermon and public appearances, has publicly promoted and supported hatred and no patience against the LGBTI community group. Fuad Ramiqi, charged that since the beginning of September in his public presentations on television media, newspapers and social networks has called for resistance to justice organs.
