A road in northern Kosovo that relates to Kosovo's capital, Pristina was blocked.
Marko Djuric was arrested by the Kosovo side after entering the town of Mitrovica illegally, reports “RT” Transmission Periscope.
Kosovo police had used gas tanks in the direction of protesters in Mitrovica.
The incident has sparked friction between Serbia and Kosovo, where the latter in 2008 had declared independence, but Belgrade has not yet recognised it./Periscopi/
