Donika Caday-Bujupi did not support VV chairman Albin Kurti, but did not go with the VV's disgruntled group, which since yesterday formed new parliamentary groups.
Kaday-Bujupi chose to return where he had fled to the party led by Ramush Haradinaj, currently chief executive.
The return of his longtime associate has delighted the country's prime minister. According to him, MP Kadaj-Bujupi has experience on political topics.
I have welcomed “Donika, we have long traveled together, there are sensitive processes in the country, each one's role is needed, and Donika has experience in political themes”, Haradinaj said.
While asked whether the newly elected AAK MP has asked for any ministerial post or any other favour, Haradinaj said Donika Kadaj-Bujupi has had no demands of any nature except that, as she has been told, he has been unable to move to the VV after the changes that have occurred.
It has not made any demands of any nature. She's an MP. Her assessment was I want to contribute, which has been unable to reach the organisation where it was with these changes that took place and has believed to continue contributing with us”, Prime Minister Haradinaj said.
Donika Kadaj-Bujupi has been an AAK member and deputy of the Kosovo Parliament from the party's ranks for many years.
With its return to the AAK, the prime minister's party has 11 deputies in Parliament.
