Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has declared that after three years of siege, they have managed to gain the right to move freely, but also to preserve the right to Chuckor, Tower, as it used to be.
He said it wasn't done cheating anyone, not locals or outsiders.
Haradinaj has added that our people have been under siege for three years.
The whole world has moved freely, all of Europe, our neighbors, just us surrounded. To cry out that siege, I've seen my people waiting in front of the embassies and I'm sorry and I didn't want to open up the siege like in the hard times when we had the civilian people with us and lost the war. We've hit all the streets.
