What's going on with the expropriation process in Hades and Shiptule, they speak from the Government

At the end of last year, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj reached agreement on expropriating Hades' residents and Shipipulla. Part of this agreement between residents and Haradinaj has been compensation for real estate and employing one member of each family.e.

On this issue, Indexline has contacted the government's spokeswoman, Donjeta Gashi, who has indicated that the compensation procedure has begun shortly after the agreement was reached.

The compensation procedures have started immediately after the agreement was reached. It's swimming procedures and how long it lasts is an individual issue of each cause of documentation. Skender Bucolli said the same thing from the Bureau for Information at the Energy Corporation. He has said this case is in progress.

“The signing of contracts for compensation of real estates in the shift process (52 Hectars), including the cadastral areas of the village of Hades and Shipill, is under way. As a result, KEK is satisfied with the performance of this process and with the number of contracts signed by residents so far. This process is under way in exchange of Re-Plan Economic Operator and bids prepared by the Legal Office”, Bucolli said.

He has indicated that KEK is continuing with signing contracts with other residents.

“As far as compensations are concerned, the Kosovo Energy Corporation in light of good will, since the beginning of this process has been pouring resources into the BQK's trust fund, and shortly after contract notation of contracts the residents receive compensation of the means. Otherwise, KEK is continuing with signing contracts with other residents, always respecting the priority area to enable KEK's free development of the” event, Bucolli added.

As for the employment issue, Bucolli has clarified that they are in contact with the government and the municipality of Obilic to await confirmation of the decision's sustainability.
