Conflict on Security Commission between Albanian deputies, Serbian MP

Meanwhile, on various issues it discussed the latest developments in the northern part of Mitrovica, with particular emphasis on arresting top Serbian state official Marko Djuric.
The second deputy chairman of the Commission, Zoran Mojsilovic, raised the issue, stressing that members of Kosovo police have used force and that Kosovo action The KPs against them, according to him, were illegal and unnecessary.
“The leaders of this action must bear responsibility for the works committed during that day and an investigation should be made concerning this”, Mojslovic said, calling the gathering of Serbian representatives peaceful.
His statement sparked the immediate reactions of members of the Commission. Haxhi Shala and Muharrem Nitaj, after expressing their disagreement over the charges brought to police by Mr. Mojsilovic, demanded that a formal report of the Police or the Ministry of Internal Affairs be expected first in this regard, and then on the basis of this report, the debate in the Commission.
While, Ismet Beqiri, Rexhepi, Fatmir Xhelili and Xhelal Sveqla, stressed that Kosovo Police, in this case, have maintained the constitutional order, but the rally of Serbian representatives illegally called it. Meanwhile, they stressed that the operation has not been conducted on ethnic grounds.
After a broad discussion on this issue, they agreed to initially expect the publication of an official MPB report regarding the events of that day in northern Mitrovica, meanwhile, after this report is invited for the Commission report, Interior Affairs Minister Flamur Sefaj, to provide the necessary clarifications regarding this KP action.
