The White House has expressed solidarity with Great Britain and supported its decision to expel 23 Russian diplomats.
Trump Press Secretary Sarah Saunders said the U.S. wants to make sure that this disgusting attack never does happen again. It has described the expulsion of Russian diplomats as “just a response”.
Former Russian spy Sergei Scripal, 66, and his daughter, Yulia Scripal, 33, remain in critical conditions for life in the hospital after being found unconsciously on a bench in Britain's Salisbury on March 4th.
Theresa May's prime minister said diplomats would be expelled after Moscow refused to explain the use of a nervous agent for poisoning the former Russian spy in Britain.
Moscow continues to deny it is involved in any form in this attack.
