With the process of ratification of the border dispute between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Montenegro signed in August 2015, statements and assessments about the rules of this process have been intensified. In the course of these assessments was last night's RTK debate. There were also many deviations and content errors that win the impression of ignorance rather than purposely, and as such, they are likely to distract the opinion in general and MPs in particular.

From many context errors we're trying to clear up just a few:

1. The <x0 limit between Montenegro and Kosovo was said to be set in 1930” (cate). This gross mistake itself is understood to have been made out of ignorance rather than purpose. No historian, scientist, politician or even journalist can prove that in 1930 (in Yugoslavia, SCS) there were administrative units called Montenegro and Kosovo, or something. No one can also prove that the administrative units of the time that were called Banovina among them had the same border line as the August 2015 border line or that of 1945/46. A spread of such false information can be understood deliberately, since it can never be verified.

2. It was said that the border of the village of Kostutan in the north crosses the back of Mount Hale and lies on the northern slope of this mountain. No one seems to have read the Commission's report on the findings about this process. In some cases, there is no compliance with the cadastral border with the administrative border. In such cases the cadastral border, not the administrative one, is changed. The term administrative border itself means administration territory that, with the terming of the NND, is called effective control. If effective control is free of violence and noncompliance, the territory of the unit that administers it is automatically understood only if there is a temporary agreement.

3. It is being said and repeated on last night's show that there has been an agreement between Montenegro and Kosovo on forest management in the northern part of Mali Hayle and NJP Zilb. If it is said to have had agreements, it should be published or at least the place where it is found to be checked. You can't lose territory with words without any even forged documents. Those called into such an agreement should be convinced that it exists -- otherwise, all the bar responsible for the irreparable damages that cause Kosovo territory.

With no intention to influence the conviction of the deputies, we felt it necessary to clarify the truth of these assessments that are being circulated through the media without any evidence. With that we just want to guide interested ones to look through literature, documentation, or even archive material and to prove these facts themselves before they discuss it.
