Initiative MP Milaim Zeka on a phone line for Public Television said they are on their way near Shkodra.
“We are en route back to Kosovo, now we are close to Shkoda. The blame lies with Chief Prime Minister Kadri Wessel, who makes decisions to hold sessions without consulting the agenda of deputies”, he said.
