Bashkim Dervisolli, indicted as part of the group of guards involved in the escape of Sami Lushtak from QKUK, has been seen today accompanying the other accused, Azem Syla.
At the last trial session on Azem Syla and others in the case of “KALLXO.com noted that the Guardian who has taken care of Azem Syla's security is the Dervisolli Union.
According to the EULEX Prosecutor's Act, Dervisolli was part of Lushtak's escape plans.
He and two other guards are charged with failing to implement the court's decision to send Lushtaku to the Northern Mitrovica Prison.
Moreover, according to the indictment, the Dervisolite jailer was obliged to preserve the then KKUK Ismet Hadza, from which he fled.
The description of the indictment states that jailer Dervisol had not kept Hadja in handcuffs, even though she had an obligation.
As noted in footage conducted by KALLXO.com during today's session, accused Azem Syla was brought to the Court without being chained.
Unlike Azem Syla, the other three indictees in the trial were brought in in incriminated.
KA LLXO.com contacted High Security Prison Director Rasim Selmani.
He has said he is not aware of this event and similar situations should be averted.
It wasn't supposed to happen because they're other guardians who could have shiqu (Azem Syla). It's not good in some way”, Selmani said.
He added that the Guardians who are facing charges should not be part of the custody of the accused at the courtroom.
