While many other drugs are forced to require patients to buy them themselves.
Citizens say this is costing them almost as much as private clinic treatment.
The Association for Patients' Rights says that for the realisation of a functional list, there must be criteria and its change to be made on an annual basis.
Don't change the essential list for six years, according to the Health Ministry, Ismaili Bridge, has caused financial damage.
He promises that by the end of the year, the list will be changed.
Besides changing the essential list of drugs, Ismaili says it will also increase its budget, since this year the ministry's budget has increased for 10 million.
