(8 years ago)The American Congressman Eliot Engel's initiative at the US Congress to address the failure to justice for the murders and crimes committed by Serbia against the civilian population in Kosovo during the 1998-1999 war is being assessed as continuing to support the United States for Kosovo. So wrote MP Nait Hasani on Facebook, where he added that this is actually the first initiative to have been taken for international recognition of war crimes in Kosovo committed by the Serbian Army during the Milosevic regime and its policies for extermination and ethnic cleansing, from such a high level as the American Congress.
