The hotel is also featured on the tourist website for the historic town of Visegrad, as well as the oldest editions of Bosnia and Herzegovina's single guide from Bradt. Thus, uninformed guests who travel through Visegrad can and make it reserved in a building once used for murder, rape, and torture by a paramilitary group less than 25 years ago, writes Koha Ditore today.
Although mattresses may have changed, and the walls have been painted, the beds where tourists sleep today are the same where dozens of females are attacked. The old hotel hall is coated with the same stones, which in 1992, had to be cleaned up by blood, and visitors using the pool are washed in what was once a murder ground.
