Kosovo police, after an investigative work on the field -- carrying out and applying the secret telecommunications surveillance measures -- today based on the Constitutional Court's ordinance in Pristina -- have managed to stop the suspect: E.J. Year of birth 1992.
The same allegedly committed criminal acts: The fake presumption as an official person, a covertation and a counterfeit of the documents, so the same has been accompanied to the competent unit for further procedures. The suspect allegedly compiled a false document allegedly official at the Kosovar Intelligence Agency (AKI) and used that document when stopped by Kosovo police during routine checks, putting them under the argument that it is on concrete duty or work by AKI.
Police have seized the forged document with which they have acted and introduced them illegally or falsely.
After completing all preliminary investigative actions, the suspect has been interviewed in quality suspects in the presence of the defence attorney and with a decision on the ban by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, he has been sent to 48 hours' maintenance.
Kosovo police will continue to carry out their constitutional and legal duties, increase activities in fighting anti-legal phenomena, maintain order and public safety, prevent and uncover criminal acts.
