Being the owner of the clinic “Medicus”, in which there are allegedly illegal kidney transplants in the post-war period, urologist Lutfi Dervisi has been released from the detention measure and sent to house arrest.
The Express newspaper has forwarded case judgments “Medicus”, where dozens of witnesses have testified to the case.
As the owner of this clinic, “Medicus”, Lutfi Dervisi, who is accused of trafficking with human beings and organised crime, has been interrupted with the detention measure and replaced to the extent of house arrest.
Dervis's lawyer, Besnik Berisha, has confirmed the news about Gazeta Express.
Berisha has said the Pristina Constitutional Court has made a decision to replace the detention measure with that of house arrest.
The detention period has been replaced with the measure of home arrest for Mr. Lutfi Dervishi”, lawyer Berisha has said.
Pristina's Constitutional Court ruling came after the Court of Appeals turned the case into retrial for the second time.
