Five PSD conditions for budget vote, dignified salaries required

Dardan Sejdiu, chief of PSD deputies, who from the opposition saved the ruling coalition by giving it a quota to vote on next year's budget, has cited the PSD's five conditions for voting the law on budgetary divisions. “Pazari for votes vs. Negotiations on resolving inequality and injustice! ”, launch post [...]
“Pazari for votes vs. Negotiations on resolving inequality and injustice! ”, launches a Facebook post on Sejdiu.
“On one hand: propaganda, manipulation, falsehood and demagogue. Right-wing populism. Religious prophecy to seduce followers. Bazaar for personal votes. No results for the Republic. On the other hand: public policy, proposals, ideas, alternatives. Negotia for resolution of social inequality and injustice. Practical results for the Republic. Although a little longer, I want to show a little bit of the PSD's 5 conditions for voting the law on budgetary divisions. What this “pazar” means for the Republic of Kosovo!”, Sejdiu wrote.
PEACE OF VIEWS
The first “Pazari” refers to the Law for Pays, with special emphasis on health sector requirements! We have conditioned our vote on the second reading of this law, before the second reading vote for budgetary divisions!
Today, citizens of this republic seek health services everywhere, and this is largely because of our poor health system! Today, the whites are the most attacked profession for leaving Kosovo! Each day and more, those who exercise this profession leave Kosovo because they are paid wages that do not, in turn, reward their jobs, investment in themselves, and responsibilities!
In addition, we as a society invest huge sums in educating doctors and medical technicians to allow them to leave for more dignified salaries in other countries!
Our battle should be to keep them in Kosovo, so dignified pay is the beginning! So this is our first “patari”!
DYALOGUE WITH SERBINS A MAN's DORAY!
Our second “Pazari” concerns the Law for Dialogue.
This law legally enables the central role of the Republic Parliament and consensus decision-making during the negotiation process. A dialogue with Serbia that is not in the hands of a man.
U n MINISTRATIVE SUFFECTION WRITER IN 2 FOR EVERY MINISTR FROM 4-5 HOW YOU ARE TODAY!
Our third “Pazari” has to do with the passage of the government law in a timeline no longer than 3 months from the day the law on budgetary divisions was first voted on! This “pazar” means reducing the number of deputy ministers to two at most for the ministry! A four-five-sosh drastic landing.
NENAD RICALLO RIKALLO EXPLAIMING AND THE BOY!
Our fourth “Pazar is about functioning the Ministry of Agriculture, which means leaving Nenad Rikallos!
Today the main import is food! Kosovo's food processing industry, as well as farms and farmers, needs strategies and guidance that builds capacity for replacement of imports, and for sustainable economic development and new jobs! This is about the Ministry of Functioned Agriculture!
COMM COVA OF COD PENSONAL FOR ALL MERITORS AND PEAKES FOR ALL Masters!
Our fifth “Pazari” concerns building a special commission that will draft Kosovo's pension code!
The Republic's budgetary division law is highly charged with social and pension benefits schemes. There are 465m euros in it for such schemes! And these tools are neither properly anchored nor for those who should enjoy pension and disability benefits!
Just saying in these schemes there's a lot of profiter and cheaters! Like the PSD, we remain convinced that this budgetary burden could be reduced.
We've expressed our way forward to make sure that we have a literal pension system, with cases to make a pension code that defines each of us's contribution, but also benefits, which must be enjoyed by those deserving pensions, and at the same time clear lists from potential abusers!
By making this reform, we are convinced that Kosovo's budget can be saved close to 100m euros since 2020! Imagine if these saved tools are restored to the digitalisation of primary and middle education in Kosovo!
So this is our “patari”! Yeah, I won't stop these “pazarre” as long as I'm in politics! Politics is not just opposition without alternative, and possible policymaking only from the position of power! Every day and every position, for most there is little!”, Sejdiu concludes.
