Pacolli's plan envisioning the division of the north: Proclaim economic zone, part meets Serbia

First Deputy Prime Minister and Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli has his own model for “resolution” of the Kosovo issue. As Belgrade media quoted him, he has said that “personally sees no chance for political solutions” of the Kosovo problem, but believes “in the economic solution from which both sides have an interest of”. [...]
What would that be? That's what I'm saying since 2007, the north of Kosovo should be a major economic area, from which some part would belong to Serbia, while the rest of Kosovo, while that economic zone would be run by a third. I see that as a solution. But perhaps for such ideas it is still early”, Serbian news agency Beta quoted Pacolli's statement to DI.
Pacolli was quoted as saying that Pristina should not withdraw the decision to impose customs duties on goods from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, despite their condemning the United States, Germany and other Western countries, Time broadcasts.
We should show you that Kosovo has its own pride. Ten years we're a country. We can't let anything we've achieved ever again, but it's Pacolli.
According to Beta, he has indicated that Kosovo is willing to withdraw the tax only when all signed agreements are implemented, and if there is reciprocity between Kosovo and Serbia.
Commenting on the recent visit of European Commissioner Johannes Hahn, who said Kosovo should expect visa liberalisation at least by 2020, Pacolli, as quoted by Serbian media, has concluded that “Europe is not behaving correctly”.
