That statement, Mustafa had delivered on December 23rd while celebrating the 29th anniversary of the LDK's founding.
“We are determined to fight against all those who misuse Kosovo's wealth and democratic values in this country. We have knowledge to provide economic development that the country needs. We have the courage to fight corruption because we are uncorrupted and to destroy the state by pre-state criminal groups”, Mustafa said.
But this statement by Mustafa has been seen as a non-serious statement by Arton Demhayan from Arise.
Demhaje, she said anything about kalox. com that they have not spent a year and a half governing Isa Mustafa and that they have seen anything concrete to fight corruption.
“The Democratic Order of Kosovo, has been in the past government and there is no market at all, nor a concrete action with which they show they are willing to fight corruption. The less Jesus Mustafa in past governance has said corruption is not reality, but simply corruption is perception”, Demhasaj said.
Demhayan has mentioned that a large number of LDK officials are accused of corruption. It also mentioned the subjects when Mustafa has led local governance in Pristina.
“As long as we have a large number of officials in this party who are accused of corruption even at very high levels, and when we know that Mr. Mustafa himself was a part of the leadership of the municipality and we know how many subjects are precisely for his Pristina governance that have to do mainly with corruption. And that shows how serious the LDK is when they are in government to fight corruption”, he said.
Demhayan added that Mustafa's statement to fight corruption and that the LDK is corrupt is a serious statement.
When they're coming to power they're forgetting about the fight against corruption, even becoming corrupt pieces of” itself, Demhaja added.
During the time that Isa Mustafa led the Government of Kosovo, the prime minister's office had applied closed tender procedures to contract a company for auto service. By this procedure he had declared the Maccar company owned by the sons of Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, the Faithful and the Arben.
LDK officials with indictment
A large number of LDK officials are on charges. Calexo.com, has repeatedly written about cases of accused officials.
Naser Osmani, Kosovo Parliament deputy from the LDK ranks, is accused of privatising the factory “FAN” in Podujevo.
Astrit Haraqia and Uke Rugova are charged over the Italian visa pact.
LDK Deputy Chairman and Istog municipality Chairman Haki Rugova allegedly on August 1, 2014, in the quality of the mayor of the municipality has voluntarily participated in the signing of the contract -- the construction of the Fekal Canal in the village of Cerrce-Lubash - 1st stage”. The tender for building this channel had won the firm “ ) MA- CHONAH sh.p.k, owned by his brother, Gani Rugova, worth 289,119.85 euros “, enabling financial interest for him and the legal person dealing with him”.
Investigations into this case were launched after an investigation into the Kosovo Justice Show.
Also, after completing his post as head of the Pristina municipality by Isa Mustafa, governance had taken over the Vetevendosje Movement, which had sent about 80 files of former government to the prosecutor, Mustafa.
Ten former Pristina Community inspectors of the time of the rule of Isa Mustaf have been sentenced to prison and fines by the Constitutional Court in Pristina charged with abuse of office.
President Shpend Ahmeti, after the court ruling, had said the sentence of former inspectors proves that there was an organised criminal root in illegal construction in Pristina.
“A part of the 80 files today found the epilog. Former inspectors were sentenced to two to three years in prison for proving that there was an organised criminal network that helped develop illegal construction in our municipality and that even today has irreparable consequences”, Ahmeti had written on his Facebook account.
But, former Pristina municipality inspectors have complained at the Court of Appeals to seek innocence.
Court of Appeals spokesman Arber Jashar confirmed for callo.com, that the case of former inspectors is in procedure.
