Chief Ludrovci explains: Drenas has not bought diapers from Serbia

The Drenas municipality has reacted to scriptures published in several media that municipality Chairman Ramiz Ladrovci has bought diapers from Serbia.

So in the communiqué sent by this municipality, it was said that they felt the obligation to clear up to the citizens after such publications.

“Comuna didn't buy heating diapers for any institution, but contracts the Operator Economics for supplies, to the portal publications are baseless and biased, because before publishing such news, there is a need to be contacted by the Bureau for Information in the Drenas Committee to prove something like this”, it's written in the communique sent by the Drenas Commission.

Furthermore, it is said that the Procurement Office in Drenas has not signed contract with the Economic Operator to supply the main Family Medicine Centre to Drenas, but the Economic Operator after accepting the announcement of the contracting authority's decision, without signing the contract has brought the diaper which the Accession Commission has not accepted and has asked the OE to bring the diaper according to specifications provided in the contract and tender file.

The Economic Operator for the KKMF's diaper supply, without signing the contract to the Municipal Procurement Office, on Thursday has sent a quantity of diapers to the QKMF court, telling workers that I am the winning OE for supply, and that amount is being emptied prematurely and brought tomorrow's”, said the Drenas Commission.

The Drenas municipality has announced that the verifiation commission has found that the diaper is not of the required quality and has returned the second truck by recommending the OE to take this amount with it. OE has tried to manipulate with the diapers and the diaper has not been accepted or paid.

This case will require full investigation, because the QKMF has not had an emergency for the diapers until the completion of procurement procedures, because it has borrowed the amount of 5 tonnes from the Comuna”, says the statement sent by the Komuna Drensas.

Furthermore, it reported that “Mayor of the Drenas municipality Ramiz Ladrovci remains committed to implementing all measures for the 100% tax. The Procurement Office is independent in its decisions and that the chairman does not intervene in procurement procedures, but monitors them through the Office of the Interior Auditor”. This announcement has also linked the WKMF's accession Commission process.
