The famous Colombian singer, Shakira, will be charged with tax evasion.
According to Spanish authorities, tax evasion conducted by the Spanish singer amounts to 13 million pounds.
But even though Shakira I has denied the excises, authorities who were taken in the case say it has spent more than 183 days of the year in Spain and has not paid taxes to the state.
This is because according to Spanish law, people who spend more than 183 days of the year in Spain must pay the Spanish state their income tax, even when they earn it abroad.
On the charges put forward, authorities say the singer has declared living in the Bahamas in order to avoid taxes.
Shakira is married to Catalan football player Gerard Pique and spends most of her time in Spain.
