VV exercises criminal outcry against Agim Veliu

This communiqué says that one of the biggest scandals in the history of LDK governance in the Podujevo municipality, which was mentioned in an audit report for 2017, was according to them, and the realisation of payments without the acceptance of the inventory (goods) and in this case the value of the inventory, which was not in the facility but for which the payment was paid, 52,384 euros.

Involved in this case were: Chairman, Administration Director, Finance Director, Procurement Office and contract managers.

“Based on the above findings of the Auditing Report, we will make a criminal outcry to the Foundation Court against Chairman Veliu and four other municipal officials, in the direction of criminal work “the misuse of official position or authority” by Article 422 of KPRK's 1 paragraph for municipal officials who were involved in the realisation of payments without accepting goods, the report said.
