Topalli: LDK VV are not trying to bring down Government

Social Democrat Party MP Faton Topalli has spoken of the extraordinary session called by the opposition, where it will be discussed diplomatic foreign policy scandals and there will be neither Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj nor Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli. KTV's interactive Topalli said this session [...]
The KTV interactive portal said this session doesn't make sense if the main actors representing the topics on which it will be discussed are not present.
However, those who have called the session will decide. In principle, I think the session can be held”, Topalli said, broadcast Time.net.
MP The PSD, said Kosovo diplomacy, facing a dedicated enemy like Serbia, has been difficult for Kosovo diplomacy to make progressive steps.
Our diplomacy is a little underachieverable. Despite efforts, achievements are small”, Topalli said.
Topalli has said that even delayed debate on dialogue should be held and discussed.
Hashim Thaci's meeting with Vladimir Putin in Paris has not criticised him because he has said it is up to a president to make similar meetings.
We don't have the official position, but in principle it's the head of state, in this case Thaci, to make such meetings formal but informal. It is in the mandate of the president of Kosovo, whoever that president is, to have such meetings”, the PSD deputy said.
Topalli said Russia's stance, however, is known, which always supports Serbia's policy.
MP The PSD, among other things, said diplomatic relations with both Serbia and Russia should be established as soon as possible. But he said this is his personal attitude. “Their hostile attitude is known, but in my opinion, we should have diplomatic relations with all countries”, he said, not commenting on the opposing positions coming from the other two opposition parties, the LDK and the VV.
I was most concerned with the Democratic League of Kosovo that has already been in power at the national level”, Topalli said.
As for the ruling coalition and threats from the Serbian List that they will support any attempt to overthrow the Haradinaj government, Topalli said he does not see good reasoning.
“The PSD has been sending its signatures for the government's collapse for several months. Two other opposition parties have not. The Serbian List took that stance at the time when the Republic of Kosovo has imposed the fee on Serbian goods. He did it when we told Serbia about it. I don't think it's right anyway. I think the decision made by the government on this fee is good, it would be good for the opposition not to back up the Serbian List for that reason”, Topalli said away in interactive.
“We are willing to bring down Government, but once the collapse of government in this way is a question that needs to be well discussed within opposition parties”, he said.
Topalli said that one of PSD's characteristics is that they want to be constructive and refuse to be led with resentment.
“It is our goal to be in power”, Topalli said, stressing again that they want to bring down the Haradinaj-led government.
But if we, as opposition, really wanted to bring down this government, we would sit down and discuss it well, but no interest from other opposition parties. The PSD is unlikely to join the ruling coalition if we want to join you, but we want to. We don't even make it”, he said.
Topalli, convincingly, said they have no intention or desire to join the ruling coalition.
The other main opposition parties are those parties that have given Thaci the comfort. They're not serious at all”, he said.
The resolution of dialogue by the opposition, Topalli said, has been calling for both the PSD to pass the Parliament, as a common strategy will be established in the talks with Serbia and then a supervisory commission that monitors talks with Serbia will be established.
