He has said that Kosovo and Serbia's president have not talked about exchanging territories, but, according to him, talks are made about any possibility of border agreements.
Shala has said the talks have also had to be adjusted to reports between the two states.
“We should target formal recognition from Serbia. If they don't, we shouldn't talk to Serbia” anymore, Shala said in T7.
We remember today that the approval of the LDK-proposed resolution to ban Kosovo President Hashim Thaci from discussing Kosovo's borders with Serbia has failed.
