Haradinaj says today's police action was in full compliance with the law, so it is important that no one fall prey to other dezinforms.
His full reaction:
Today, at the order of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, a police operation has been conducted in northern Kosovo, connecting to the detention of several suspects in the murder of politician Oliver Ivanovic.
This police action was in full accordance with the law, conforming to the Special Prosecutor's order, and does not in any way connect with any political development. I want to assure all citizens that the state of Kosovo and its rule bodies in no way and will never be guided against any ethnic or political group.
I call on citizens, political subjects, mayors, especially those in the north and other bodies, to contribute to maintaining and advancing public calm, in the service of peace and stability.
It's more important that no one fall prey to different disinfectants.
Maintaining order and respecting the law is in the interest of all in Kosovo.
