Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti, yesterday's meeting of Albanian Governments in Pec, values it important and wishes that the agreements reached by that meeting will not remain only on paper.
Kurti in an exclusive statement for Kosovo Post has confirmed that she has not yet seen signed agreements in all, but wishes that they will not remain on paper only for media consumption. He has welcomed the symbol of the eagle, but, according to him, if things are not concrete, then this government gathering looks more like a friendly soccer game.
Being an Albanian is a responsibility, but this responsibility is political and public, it's concrete, and it would have to be testified most and foremost to those with the greatest opportunities, and these are government. So it's very good that the eagle did, but if it doesn't go beyond that it is more like the two football teams that ended a friendly match than that they shared tasks that would be done quickly and well, Kurti told the Kosovo Post until he was asked about today's joint meeting of the Kosovo government and that of Albania held today in Pec.
Kurti, among other things, has added that he has not yet seen signed agreements, but has added that this time again, no studiolike ceremonies were missed, while those missing are the implementations and concreteisations of the agreements. According to him, media consumption is missing quickly, but Albanians from both Kosovo countries- Albania still faces poverty and not united as they wish.
I still didn't arrive at all the agreement agreements made this time, but I can say that in general meetings and ceremonies, parades and spilts are not lacking, what we lack are the applications. So I wish that after this meeting it would not be like other times where media consumption ends quickly and then Albanians on both sides of the border continue their lives with unemployment and poverty, but not much more united as they would like to be, Kurti said.
