Minister Hoxha, at the meeting with Molten, stressed the Republika Kosovo Republic's commitment to successfully meeting 95 conditions for liberalisation and expectations that after meeting the criteria, we will have the expected outcome, which is visa liberalisation for our citizens.
The illegal migration has been removed from the agenda of our institutions, because, by 2015, this phenomenon has fallen to the lowest values, so that Kosovo citizens are not found within 30 states for pre-launched asylum demands in EU countries. The management of asylum in the country, as well as repatriation, is to be praised, because Kosovo is implementing not only international agreements but also recommendations derived from these”, Hoxha stressed.
The minister asked Deputy Prime Minister Molten to support the next meeting of the Council of Ministers to enable free movement of citizens.
Minister Hoxha highly praised Italy's support, but stressed that support is also extremely needed in the Council of Ministers for Kosovo citizens to move free.
