A year ago, Macedonia's Parliament was bloody after being alone to elect the new government.

President Ivanov did not decree his meeting, as he was not confident that a majority for Gruevski would emerge from Parliament.

Even the president of our Republic, he does not decree his candidate for Interior Minister Sander Llesh because he does not trust him.

His lack of confidence comes from the fact that the president has spoken to him about a meeting with his aunt's son, but he has refused, and this has broken the climate of trust between the president and the candidate for interior minister, Sander Llesey.

So if we turned the equation on the other side, if Sander Loesey had respected his aunt's son who carried them as news, he would have gone to the meeting, he would have given the word he was playing with, this one could be minister today.

So now by that criterion, Edi Rama has to find a candidate for minister someone, except there are no troubled brothers and cousins, to have an acquaintance with Ilir Meta, possibly an aunt's son, an aunt's son, or an uncle, to meet before it is decreed, to form faith.

Banning the state towards the tribal model of personal ties and restoring constitutional obligations, such as signing the decrees of ministers in constitutional law -- that is, the right to sign or sign -- eliminates the meaning of elections in the country, and forming the majority, since the will of the people, does not leave it in the hands of the winner, but in the hands of someone called President.

And that this is the political project of the opposition, it's happening today in Korca, where this logic, has also swollen Lulzim Basha, who is desperate that it doesn't fit the DP at the meeting, wanting to encourage the weary opposition, the only model of success, looked at Ilir Meta's gesture of the fall of Sandra Llesh, and who, according to Bassa would thereby bring down and Edi Rama very soon.

So Ilir Meta's gesture, apart from tribal and unconstitutional, is largely political, as it is seen as a way out of the opposition to destabilise the country.

Furthermore, the president may decide to use all of his protocol duties, such as the decree of the election date, the decree of ministers, the chairman of the SISH, or the State Control, as the competency not to decree, and bring down the state.

It is precisely what Ivanov tried to do in Macedonia. The president, who is a puppet of Gruevski, refused to gather Macedonia's Parliament, as Albanians and opposition had reached an agreement to form parliamentary majority and he knew Gruveski could not take power.

That's why parliament alone and Gruveski had to attack with bandits to cause civil war.

It was an obligation by the president to call the Assembly of the Parliament and not for a constitutional right to it, to consider gathering it or not gathering it.

The constitution gives the president certain tasks to raise the level of cermonality in the formation of institutions and does not give it, as a right to decide that it may not.

In this case “Our Ivanov” has decided not to decree the minister of the interior, that he didn't go to the meeting because he sent word, and that he considers it a loss of trust, because unless he convinces you as president, now that he's not a minister, he may not obey him even when he becomes a minister.

In the same way, Ilir Meta can reason on any candidate that would lead Edi Rama, until he says bring Flamur Noka to me, because he's my neighbor in Lallez.

In Macedonia, the crisis was resolved by saving the Parliament, resisting the violence of bandits and bringing Gruevski back bars for a banal law violation, which does not have much to do with what he has done.

It does not matter how the solution will be found in Albania and who will have Gruevski's fate, who will have the fate of hooligans, and who will have Ivanov's fate, but it is certain that this precedent does not have to be opened up, as it is the only way to protect the Albanian state.

This is not a temporary crisis and has nothing to do with proper names. This is the beginning of a long devastating crisis for the Albanian state, whose cost could be reduced, only by not being yielding.

If you make way out of this crisis today, Albania will return to an ungovernable country and any power can be easily defecated.

The reasons are deeper and have to do with fears of Albania's old political establishment, by consolidating the Justice Reform, stability of the Albanian state, and the increasingly strong presence of the Western factor in power of justice in Albania.

It's a crisis cycle we'd be facing someday. The goal is to delegate the Constitution, as in Macedonia.

Even there, the battle began with fear from the West, from the special prosecution and facing the criminal past.

Ivanov was also there to appease Gruveski. Ilir Meta is being used here to calm down <x0Birish”.

And in both cases, acts are identical. The president begins and interprets constitutional obligations as his rights, unlimited.

He didn't collect the Parliament, he doesn't decree ministers... And what happened in Macedonia happened.

President Meta may inspire Ivanov's case, but he has to scare out the end of history and the fate of Gruevski. And my uncle's son sold his votes to her at the end of Parliament, leaving her in prison. Because you want the country to work your cousins.
