The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, has banned two M.G. and A.B. persons, since there is doubt that the same November 11th in the village of Bec of Gjakova, the I.J., from the village of Raskoc i Gjakova, in the manner that he was threatened with weapons and forced into their vehicle, and sent to Radonic Lake.
The reason for the kidnapping is that the victim I.J. has been involved in resolving a conflict between the defendant's sister M.G., and her husband, having her solve this case in their favor, in which the victim “has agreed to do it”.
The prosecutor of the case has proposed to the Constitutional Court in Gjakova that the 30-day detention measure be appointed to the defendants.
