The hearing in which the detention measure will be appointed against three Serbs arrested yesterday in northern Mitrovica has not yet begun at the Constitutional Court.
The session, which was originally scheduled to start at 11:00, was said to be launched soon, but suspect Nedelko Spasojovic's lawyer is missing.
Otherwise, Milos Delevich, who is lawyer for suspect Marco Russic and Dejan Vasic, the lawyer of the other suspect, Rexe Markovic, are present.
The prosecutor has proposed 30 days' detention for the suspects.
