It is learned that 47-year-old Ardjan Sulo was found in a park by random passersby, who announced emergency services.
When the latter arrived at the scene, they concluded that the Albanian had passed away.
Police authorities, meanwhile, made it possible to identify the Albanians, as well as launch investigations into his death.
Presequently, no signs of violence were recorded in Sulo's body, and doubts are that he found his death as a result of low temperatures at night.
While according to the media he had sought refuge in even one church but was rejected.
