In Kavanaugh's oath, Trump has said that on behalf of the state he apologises to him and his family for the pains they have been caused, writes BBC, conveys Klan Kosova.
The issue has to do with charges brought by some women against the judge for sexual harassment, which he had immediately denied.
Kavanaugh was elected judge after the vote in the Senate, where out of 50 votes he got 48.
