Terrorist group planning attacks on church in Mitrovica, disctotechs in Gracanica detected

The indictment also claims that the formation of an organisation that would prepare terrorist attacks in Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia was also targeted.

KA LLXO.com has secured the prosecution's indictment describing the prosecution's claims of terrorist attacks, including suicide attacks.

Bujar Behram named Abu Musab El éban, Resim Kastrati with the nickname Pc Habibi, Gramos Shaban, Albert Ademiaj, Leotrim Musliu and Edona Haliti are part of the act of terrorism.

The Acropolis claims Bujar Behrami and Resim Kastrati from December last year until 29 June of this year have prepared terrorist attacks in Kosovo.

According to the indictment, Bujar Behram has even attempted to create a group named the supporters of the Islamic State in Eagle Land, which this group would operate in Kosovo, Albania, and Macedonia to prepare terrorist attacks.

As selected locations for attack, according to the indictment, there were discotheques “kamboja”, and “Insomnia”, in Gracanica, and the Orthodox Church near the “Moskva” in the northern part of Mitrovica.

To carry out these attacks, the role of a weapons supply according to the indictment belonged to accused Resim Kastrati, who had to find firearms and explosive matter but also to find people to install explosives vests.

For the realisation of these plans, the prosecution claims the accused Bujar Berami has accepted a total of 9,000 euros from a person from Germany with M.M. initials in order to purchase firearms and explosives.

In contrast to the first two indictees, the third indictee Gramoz Shabani allegedly targeted Belgium and France, aimed at carrying out terrorist attacks on locations frequented by citizens. Shaban maintains Belgian citizenship according to the indictment.

Acting on the instructions of accused Gramoz Shaban, accused Edona Haliti after the indictment during May 2nd, and until June 2nd 2018 has been involved in in in incriminating acts of preparing terrorist attacks in Kosovo by planning to launch suicide explosives attacks on KFOR members in Kosovo.

The last two indictees -- Albert Ademiaj and Lotrim Musliu -- are charged that from December 2017 to June 29, 2018, although they have had knowledge and have been informed that defendants Bujar Berami and Rasim Kastrari are preparing terrorist attacks in Kosovo and being in constant contact with them, have not announced their incriminating actions.
