Title. It's the writer from South Africa, J. M. Coezee, who in his novel “ourpi” (The Nobel Prize for Literature, 2003) Under the circumstances following apartheid, it takes its characters to the end of their morality as they no longer endure degradation and moral destruction.

But here comes a bit of a confusing situation: shame is moral value, which means that to feel it, you have to be driven by civilizing values and accept an ethical code, no matter how minimal. In a word, moral limitations are civilizing values and their overcoming, resulting in moral degradation, rejection of the social circle, and remorse. Of these three components of shame, as a natural reaction to dealing with the ethical code, our political class has adopted only one - moral deviation, and it knows neither social rejection nor remorse. On the other hand, Makiaveli recognizes all immorality to politics, even putting the lie on the pedestal of “values “of this possible “”. Our politicians, of course, have not read the Makiavelin, with which they would oppose “Turpin” of Coezee, but follow their primitive “happiness to vandalise Kosovo in all its components.

But Kosovo does not forgive.

History. From the beginning of the second half of the 20th century, and to this day the cause of Kosovo has repeatedly shamed its political classes, the leaders, the leaders of power, including those who were playful to them. As it were, it was a fatality for all who wanted to abuse the important jobs of this country. During this period Kosovo drew “to the dark side of history” many personalities who at the time they ruled did not realize that they could have such an end, despised and ridiculed even by their own heirs. Perhaps more than fatality, more than bad omens, may be that Kosovo's cause during this period of history has not endured violations of fundamental values of freedom and statehood. Since World War II and behind this has happened with all Kosovo political classes. It happened with those who, in July 1945, in Prizren, at the gathering of the so-called Kosova-Metohija Autonomous District Council approved the annexation of Kosovo from Serbia. This assembly's decision-makers were the main bearers of power in one of the darkest periods in Kosovo's new history, up to the 1966 Biron Plenum. Serbia and Yugoslavia did not sacrifice the notorious Albanian arms action carriers, mass deportations to Turkey, etc. but Kosovo stigmatised them, shamed them, and left them with pages forever blackened. Then, shamed by the political scene, even the holders of the autonomous power of 1968-1974-1981, who boasted at the outset but failed to protect Kosovo when it faced Yugoslav aggression in breaching autonomy. Unfortunately shamed out of the scene, the new “autologists -- ” after 81, who, like their predecessors in Prizren, unanimously approved the abolition of autonomy. Many of us remember the autonomy, how they attacked Kosovo in 1981, with fierce differentiation, with the overcoming of any value; then we remember the same autonomy that sought the support of the people when their power was threatened. We remember the Kosovo Assembly delegates in 1989, which approved the constitutional changes, while ten protesters killed sides of Kosovo. I don't know whether history has been made or only collective memory remained, but all of us who lived in the past century's 1990s remind us of the abuses and lies with the “parallel state”, we remember those who wanted to go out in Serbia's elections and those who worked the day for Kosovo independence, while at night they were procoping with Milosevqi.

The cause of Kosovo shamed them all.

1999: This is where everything had to change. It was thought that the negative course of history for Kosovo was stopped once and for all: from the political scene they had to leave, never to return, all those who fought the “war” from behind the background, not only Serbia's secret and open collaborators, but also those who were politically confused by the “horizon “and the level of ideas. Kosovo, released by Serbia under a powerful international protectorate, under a normal order of things, had to educate a European political class, which enters and exits the political scene through a regular democratic process. However, it happened that rescuers made the historic mistake at the expense of Kosovo and of themselves: usurped power, usurped property, installed corruption, manipulated elections, later destroyed institutions, separate security institutions, politicised and corrupted the judiciary, destroyed the country's economic assets, destroyed their ideals, and humiliated themselves in the face of Kosovo's cause. To escape the shipwreck, only threats and blackmail that began to drink no water, after recruiting a large number of young people eager for power and corruptives, did the most incredible maneuver: recruited vassals and supporters from among their opponents <x4-genetic”, including collaborators of Serbia or their ideological heirs. Often they became a political shield of businesses that had strong ties with Serbia, using Brussels talks in favour of these businesses. The usurping and retaining power became the creed of their rule. However, history shows that such behaviour can hold for a while, but does not hold forever: Kosovo's cause does not stand up to abusers with its ideal freedom. The latest argument of the Saviors, Kosovo's declaration of independence, only temporarily stabilised their image and power, but was stalled and quickly spent. The shameful failure in building the state and its institutions can no longer be hidden from anyone. But, above all, what was not supposed to happen to deliverers, never even under any circumstances, so it was not necessary for some officers to seek salvation where their predecessors also sought - in Serbia.

If it wasn't tragic, it would look pathetic!

Lies. In the face of unprecedented erosion, this political class has begun to realize that it cannot always go on like this, that you cannot pretend to live content inside the lie that it created. No one can hide later in history, nor by comparing himself with the Ilio-pells, nor by dealing with amateur etymology, nor by designing Muslim conspiracies. This political class must realize that people in this country are not so stupid, that they cannot constantly insult intelligence. They have a memory and they know what you said yesterday and what you say today; what you did yesterday and what you did today. This political class should know that, perhaps, many of them have to live here even after they fall from power, that most of them have parents, have children, have loved people, and they don't like to be ashamed to this extent. Because, we've already learned, the cause of Kosovo puts a medal in the chest when it deserves it, but it shames you when it goes upstream. How, then, can you allow any of your experts to throw so many lies into the Fathers and still pretend that nothing happened? How can you allow so distasteful, shameless, as it were, Kosovo will make historic agreements with Serbia, making “border correction”, taking the Presevo Valley and giving nothing as compensation, not three or four municipalities of northern Kosovo, nor Trepca, nor Wyman, nor association with executive competences? Who do you say that? Is Serbia what we all know, or is it in your imagination that you have created another Serbia, which is descended from the sky, which does not resemble reality? Who do you think can lie with the terminology, that it's not about partitioning Kosovo but it's supposed to be “demarking” of this bullshit? Why are you lying, why do you have no courage to tell the truth as it is: seek salvation from Serbia for your internal and external failures! If you were not what you are, Kosovo would go to defend all affairs, and liberalisation, and integrations, even recognitions, and even the UN, and it wouldn't have to be right now, to keep you in power and save your skin, to seek salvation, giving Serbia a pre-value of Kosovo “, which has forgiven us Rankovi! Even here you lie all the time. Rankoviqi did not forgive Kosovo anything, you know that very well, but you tell the lie of “tolisur” with patriotism, so it seems more convincing and more attractive to fools. Those autonomy you bring through the corridors as advisers, they know very well when the municipalities of Zubin Potoku and Zvecan were formed; Leposaviqi has been a municipality ever since, while North Mitrovica was made by you the Serb municipality itself, making deals with Belgrade and smuggling bosses and not allowing Albanians to return to that part of Mitrovica. These are the last lies, that this political class manages to watchtowerdarris, before being ashamed, like the graveening of Kosovo's cause, finally emerge from the scene.

This might look a little pathetic, but it's not.

Constitution: Kosovo's president, the mastermind of this galimitasi, seeks to include in his project the entire political spectrum of Kosovo, position and opposition, aware that they themselves cannot sign such an agreement. Such a confused idea cannot be the object of constitutional review, because no one, however weak, writes the constitution without restricting the diabolics from the possibility of state destruction. If anyone has eyes to see it, the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, which has entered into force on June 15th 2008. Article 1 of the Constitution, in preambulla, where the state is defined, says the Republic of Kosovo is sovereign, democratic, “unic and inseparable”. The editors of the Constitution, of course relying on other models, that didn't seem enough, so in Article 2, where sovereignty is spoken of, they put point 2, in which it was taxed that “The sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo is intact, indisposed and inseparable and protected by all means defined with this Constitution and law”. Not only that. In the Ahtisaari package, which in much of it is incorporated in the Constitution, it is very clearly defined: the Republic of Kosovo has no territorial claims against any state or part of any state and will not seek to join any state or part of any state” (Kosovo Constitution, Article 1, point 3) So, what's going on? Indeed, the president with his blueprint for the partition of Kosovo, or the exchange of territories, which is the same, is on the verge of violating the Constitution, only that his advisers have found a “constitutional solution”: the president has yet to take any concrete action, which even the Constitutional Court could not swallow, however caught and played against the president. Even the negotiating team dealt with this background: to find an executive person to sign an already negotiated treaty by him. So, a trick I played will end. It's just unnatural, completely abnormal, that the president of a country, who over and over, promotes and engages publicly in a political agenda in violation of the Constitution. It does not matter whether the president is formally and judicially made -- the appropriate target “for the Constitutional Court, but is extremely harmful for the country, for the constitutional order, for the international position of Kosovo, which the first state, along with its associates (generally refused and without authority, with the support of just 11%), engages “with meat and soul-blowing” for anti-cognative and anti-state causes: from the corridors of Brussels and the UN, they pay lobbies and analysts, all of these for some non-states, not to add to the number of recognition, nor to the multi-ethnic co-operation, but to Kosovo's national and territorial integrity organisations. All of this for personal and for Serbia.

Even if it comes from a story of deliverers, it's no longer over!

The background. Macedonia has to be one of the last chapters of the Balkan crisis series. The success of the referendum and its involvement in NATO is the largest service that makes Albanians a global agenda -- can be remembered as a memorial of the Alliance's contribution to the 20th anniversary of Kosovo's liberation. But this referendum should also mark the end of Russia's too long intervention in this new state. Following the failure in Montenegro and Macedonia, either a Russian setback can be expected from Kosovo or the other way around, a more intensive intervention in the Balkans, separately in Serbia, Bosnia and Kosovo. But more than anything else, Russia needs the precedent of Kosovo's territorial division, for which it has managed to draw even a corrupt part of Brussels to its side. Crime, Abkhazia, Océtia and Transnistria are cases that require an adequate international analogy to legalise the Russian invasion of these former Soviet provinces, respectively, legalising their separation from the respective states of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova. Despite its appearance as conspiracy, it is no coincidence that the restoration of the Kosovo crisis occurred simultaneously with the worsening relations of Erdogan with the US and its approach to Putin, as well as a co-ordinated relationship with three Balkan leaders -- Rama, Thaci and Vucinqi. If this happened in the background, and it is quite possible to have happened, whether it was done for power reasons, factoring or special judges, our two leaders bear historical responsibilities that they have involved Albanians and their states in a Russian-Turkish-Serb agenda, distancing them violently from the Western world, which they naturally belong to.

Well, God, this time don't forgive them, because they know exactly what they do!
