The accident occurred at night hours around 17:20.
Kosovo Police spokesman for the Peja region Jevat Ibraj has confirmed this.
“Victime was footman, born in 2001. Until the suspect who hit the man in question was driving the Passat car. By the prosecutor's decision, the suspect has even detained”, Ibraj has added.
Until the accident according to the investigators' early assessments is like always disrespecting signs of road and speed.
