Periscope's response to Dukagjin Pupovci's Manipulative Writing charge

While recently, he has reacted to Periscop's article, calling it “typical numbers of numbers which are public on the KEC” website.

Dukagjin Pupovci in his response to the social network “Facebook” has tried to exclude three Kosovo Education Centre programmes. [File/Centrection Centre] KEC, which then enables itself to reduce and reason the tens of millions this organisation has acquired on behalf of improving the quality of education in Kosovo.

We explain to Mr. Pupovci that none of the three KEC programs can rule out the area of quality of education, as the ultimate purpose of these programs in a combined way is to improve the quality in this field.

Therefore, the millions earned by the Organization to improve the quality of education cannot be reduced to a single programme, lowering the figures from 43m to 10m euros.

Here are just a few of the key issues of the three programs you're trying to get out of the field of education: 

The human rights programme, besides ensuring equality for community children, is also aimed at improving the quality of educational services that are offered to these communities.
