The Randa Crime Department has approved Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of a month-long detention measure to defendants B.J., US, F.H., P.H., B.B. and the United States, citizens of Kosovo, having carried out the criminal work of purchasing, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, as well as unauthorized possession of weapons.
The defendants allegedly carried and sold cocaine narcotics from May 16th to October 7th 2018 in Ferizaj and several other cities in Kosovo, supplied by Albania and during implementation of police command at the Vremica border checkpoint, suspects B.J. has been found to be a 50 - ounce [552 g] cocaine substance.
One time the suspect's residence was raided, and with police inspection cases, 108.08 grams of cocaine, a digital scale, money worth 3,100 euros, some IDs, which have been seized by police.
And during the search of the suspect's home, B.B. has been found and confiscated the M-57-type revolution, with a clip and 9 bullets, a 6.35mm calibre pistol, with a clip and 4 rounds, 41 rounds of 7x64m calibre, as well as six rounds of hunting rifles that have been temporarily seized.
This case, the parties are reportedly complaining against this act did not postpone his execution.
